SalonQP, the UK’s only exhibition dedicated to fine watches, will once again be held at the Saatchi Gallery this year, from 8-10 November 2012.
In its fourth year, the exhibition will bring together a mixture of the leading big brands and independent watchmakers and introduce the latest products and the newest brands to the UK audience.
Switzerland’s finest will be represented by brands such as Jaeger-LeCoultre, who will be exhibiting the Duomètre à Sphérotourbillon; TAG Heuer, with the MikrotourbillonS and Harry Winston, with the Opus 12.
Representing the best of British watchmaking will be QP veterans Bremont, accompanied by Speake-Marin, Thomas Mercer, Graham London, Robert Loomes & Co. plus new brand Meridian, which will launch at the exhibition under the slogan “hand made in Britain”.
The exhibition will also show a preview screening of “The Watchmakers’ Apprentice”, a documentary devoted to the late George Daniels, inventor of the co-axial escapement.
