A111OD, firmly rooted in the watchmaking tradition of Neuchâtel, unveils this autumn a highly anticipated new interpretation of one of its emblematic models: the Chapter 4 GMT Tourbillon Limited Edition 2025. Following the success of the first series, which quickly captured the attention of collectors, BA111OD now presents a new exclusive edition of 30 numbered pieces, created to meet the expectations of watch enthusiasts.
Encased in a refined 44 mm grade 5 titanium case with 5N PVD treatment, this new model combines the warmth of a golden tone with the strength and lightness of titanium, offering a design that is both noble and contemporary. True to the brand’s horological DNA, it retains its tourbillon at 7 o’clock, a GMT counter delicately engraved at 1 o’clock, and the distinctive crown positioned at 4 o’clock a hallmark of the Maison’s aesthetic identity.
Continuing BA111OD’s vision of accessible elegance, the Chapter 4 GMT Tourbillon Limited Edition 2025 reflects the brand’s unique approach within the world of fine watchmaking.
Produced in just 30 numbered pieces, this exceptional timepiece features a 44 mm grade 5 titanium case enhanced by a warm 5N gold tone, giving it both presence and subtlety. Inside beats a hand-wound mechanical movement developed in La Chaux-de-Fonds by watchmaker Olivier Mory, offering a 100-hour power reserve. This high-precision calibre integrates a mesmerizing tourbillon at 7 o’clock and a 12-hour GMT counter with a world map at 1 o’clock. Clear and intuitive, it stands apart from a traditional GMT hand and even allows for 30-minute offset zones. The watch is paired with a nubuck leather strap, whose naturally refined texture highlights the balance between technical rigor and contemporary elegance—true to BA111OD’s distinctive identity.
Considered one of the most prestigious complications in watchmaking, the tourbillon was invented in 1801 by Abraham-Louis Breguet. This ingenious mechanism, housed in a rotating cage completing one revolution per minute, compensates for rate variations caused by gravity in vertical positions. By grouping the entire escapement around the regulating organ, it ensures greater precision. (Source: FHS)
